Adama is a gentle, deep dance practice that guides a woman back into her body — into her breath, her roots, and the truth that lives within her. In a safe circle, with soft lighting and a slow tempo, we sink into movement that isn’t performed for anyone — only for ourselves.
You will experience a rise of energy through the body, the release of tension, a return to femininity, and a moment when everything suddenly becomes quiet. We will end the gathering with a shared tea ritual.
